Emails that highlighted her skills, connected her background to what each coach was building, and gave them a reason to care. It worked. And at some point I realized there were other parents and athletes out there who could use what I'd figured out on my own.

Going into AAU Nationals, she had 3 interactions from 2 schools on her University Athlete profile. Insert Get Seen Playbook. Do I need to be a tech person?+

No. You never copy and paste a prompt, you just tell Claude which one to run, and the instructions assume zero AI experience. They were written in plain English by someone who learned this from scratch. If you can send an email, you can use this system.

What if I've never really used AI before?+

That's who this was built for. The Guide assumes zero AI experience, you never copy and paste a prompt (you just tell Claude which one to run), and the Working with Claude bonus teaches you the habits that make it click. And if you'd rather not start alone, that's exactly what the Walkthrough is for: we get on a call and set everything up together.

Do I need a paid Claude plan?+

A paid plan is recommended. Free Claude has usage limits that will slow the system down. If you want to run the system in Claude Cowork, a paid plan is required. As of September 2026, Claude Pro is $20 a month (claude.com/pricing).

Can my athlete have their own account?+

The Claude account needs to be in an adult's name. Claude requires the account holder to be 18 or older, and Anthropic actively checks: an account that looks like it belongs to a minor can be locked until the holder verifies their age with an ID. So a parent sets it up and runs the sessions alongside their athlete. That's how most families use this anyway, and it keeps you in the loop on every email that goes out.

Does it work on Mac and Windows?+

Both. The Project-Based path works on any computer or device, no special setup, no administrator rights. Claude Cowork works directly with your files: effortless on Mac, and available on Windows if your machine allows a system feature to be enabled (a locked-down work laptop can block it). The Setup Guide starts with a router that points you to the exact path for your machine, so you only read the sections that apply to you.

What is Claude Cowork?+

Cowork is a mode of the Claude desktop app where Claude works directly with your files. Your tracker updates in place, drafts save to Gmail Drafts, and the follow-ups that used to slip through the cracks stop slipping. It is one of two ways to run the system. On the Project-Based path, you download, save and upload your files manually, and it is fully supported and proven.
